Dinah rolled her eyes, though she didn't hit him as expected. By now she was used to his cracked sense of humor. Instead, she waved her hand dismissively.
"Oh yes, we've all apparently missed the memo that we're supposed to be barefoot, pregnant and in the kitchen."
She glanced over at Dean with a raised eyebrow and a quirked smile.
"Maybe you just attract the wrong sorts of women," she teased.
Her smile did fade a bit as she turned her attention back to the trio. She didn't read too much into Dean's worry, though she was proud that he had the restraint to not go tearing off to try to stop them from entering the castle. He did tend to get overprotective sometimes. Though she was worried too, especially with Fred's previous infatuation with the vampire in question. She wasn't too comfortable with Jo's forced association with him either, though she was currently hoping Jo would be able to keep an eye on their friend for the time being.
"What can he do with half the City in attendance?"
It was an uncomfortable question, because Dinah could hope that all of those witnesses would keep Eric from hurting anyone. Then again, she was extremely uneasy about the fact that so many invitations had gone out. It felt like a trap to her. Perhaps she was unfairly biased against the vampire like some had hinted, but it didn't feel aboveboard.
