"I doubt it. I did try this game once, but I nearly busted my rear end." Fred had to laugh, and then with a soft nudge, she looked up at him. "You know, you should try dancing. It'd let you listen to music and work out at the same time." It seemed logical to her.
"I should try dancing. I could try it. Then again, Dinah's going to give me lessons on self-defense. You know, so I don't have to worry about muggers, burglars, demons, vampires, ghosts - actually I'd still have to worry about all of them, but hopefully I'd have a better chance at fighting them. Or maybe not. It could end up being like pepper spray of a more physical nature. Well, pepper spray is physical." She laughed softly and shrugged. She was babbling, and she knew it.
"Oh, yes, I'll take a drink. Think they have soda water? Ginger ale maybe?" Fred wasn't a big drinker; it simply wasn't the first thing that came to her mind for relaxation or forgetting. "Or do you think they only have champagne?"
