Dinah went along with the tug down to the couch. She wasn't satisfied to merely sit next to him and so instead she settled into his lap. She leaned into him a bit. After the reminder of how easily people could come and go in this City, she just wanted to be as close as possible to him.
The question shouldn't have been a surprise, but maybe she had been caught off guard by it. Just a little bit. She reached up and ran her thumb along the side of his face before moving her fingers through his hair, lightly massaging as she did so. Even if she thought that how she felt should be obvious by now, she could understand needing to be reassured.
"Harry's a part of my past, but that's all he is. It doesn't mean that I don't still care about him and want to see him do well, but I don't want..." she shook her head and continued moving her hand from his head to his neck, still lightly massaging any tension that might be there.
"I'm right where I want to be. You might not know this, but I'm not a settler." she gave him a small smile.
