Dinah at least, knew that it wasn't a jealousy issue. Dean had made comments a time or two before about the costume and how her legs had no protection.
"Hey, the fishnets have served me well in the past. It's easier to move around in them. Better for kicking than the kevlar weave."
She would never ever admit to him that he probably had a point though. She'd had more need for the full-body suit in the City and she probably would go back to it at some point. But she wouldn't wear it just because Dean-or anyone else-was telling her to.
She moved forward to accept the beer and gave him a larger smile in response to the compliment. Then she turned her attention to Jo.
The two might have shared an exasperated look in response to Dean's overprotectiveness.
