Lois might have been flirting, just a bit. Not that she'd ever own up to it, but hey-Lindsey was cute and he was pretty much the only person here who had taken the time to interact with her outside of her chasing them down for an interview.
It had been lonely in the City and even though Ollie was here, she hadn't seen him since her arrival. Not that she expected her ex-boyfriend to be her social director.
The brunette reporter flashed Lindsey a smile as she took a sip of her caffeine.
"Well, I think I can handle it. Just be glad you didn't show up fifteen minutes earlier. Because dealing with me before I've had my coffee is an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy."
She didn't put the phone away, but she pushed it to the side for now.
"Right in one. You weren't, by any chance, one of the people who disappeared and then went back?"
