"Yes." Piotr went with the subject change. There was nothing more he could get from Megan without upsetting her again, and he was unwilling to do that. She'd had enough from him. Both right now and in whatever future he was to have with her.
"Katya may or may not be with Lockheed. It would be easier to spot her if she was. If you do see her, you can point her in the direction of the little cottage in the woods. If I am not there, I will be eventually."
He sighed. There was much he wished to fix here, and he knew that he would be unable. Even if he was sent back and could change his own behavior, this Megan was still scarred from her interactions with him.
"I will go. I hope that your life here has been better than the one before. I hope that nobody else forces you into things as I have."
