"You have serious anger issues, anyone ever tell you that?"
Lois was pissed too, even with the gun pointed at her. She didn't buy that he would actually shoot. Maybe she had too much faith in the man who had once saved her life, but something told her that he wasn't the type to shoot a person unless he had a really good reason to.
She felt the presence, for lack of a better word-but didn't know what to make of the hair standing up on the back of her neck or the chill that fell over her.
She didn't see the form rolling toward her, but she sure as hell felt it when it knocked her to the ground and attempted to smother her. Lois struggled against the grip, but any attempts to free herself seemed to be in vain as the inhuman hold wasn't letting up.
