In spite of the pain in her legs and feet, Dinah couldn't help but smile just a bit. She liked this woman. She just hoped that the Joker couldn't hurt her.

While his attention was on the ghost, or whatever she was, Dinah started to work at the ropes binding her hands. She didn't know how long he would remain distracted, but she wasn't just going to sit here and waste her best chance at getting away.
