Eric thought about it for a good long moment before he answered. "No." He said firmly. "Perhaps with the Pams, but not with the other me. While I'm fine with you having who and what you want in this life, something about the idea of you being shared with another self doesn't sit right with me."
In truths, it made him feel defensive and protective of her. He didn't think she'd be abused by the other Eric, especially not in the way she'd been by the stranger vampire, but it was an odd sensation that he couldn't quite shake.
Eric guided the woman out of the tub with only a small flinch of pain from the ring, something he would need to and was willing to get used to, and fetched a towel before she could even notice his absence. He began to dry her as she spoke of Henry and what was now possibly possible with him. He would give this more thought, later.
"There is a change in you." Eric agreed. "I've noticed that as well."
When Baba was dry, Eric hung the towel over the edge of the tub and stood. It had been much easier to tend to the woman while he knelt, given his height.
"We should also discuss what you would like for a wedding. Colors, decorations, ceremony."
