Dean took up a spot right behind Dinah, this Dinah, not the one he knew. He wasn't even sure how well he knew that one. His hands tucked in his pockets as he waited in line.
"It is what it is. Wouldn't mind it being like what I'm seeing here, but I have to do what I have to do to get by. It's what I've done since day one. Plus, this Dean's got it easy. He's going to turn into a lazy bum and you'll be kicking his ass to the curb after he gets fat." He smiled, joking.
"There are a couple people. You, Fred, quite a few others." He shrugged slightly. "It's kind of crazy. It's how it works."
