Hannibal found the elegant looking flyer and found himself intrigued. He hadn't played the piano in a while, and hadn't done it in front of another person in even longer than that. He doubted that he would be accepted, or that if he was, he would be able to follow through. He had a full time job, after all.
But he thought that it could be fun to go and see the grand instruments that the City Opera House might have available, to sit at one and play a piece and have it heard.
At the very least, he would get to sit himself at a lovely piano and play one song. He could be satisfied with such a thing.
Hannibal contacted the staff as the flyer directed, and set his appointment.
