Annie was completely forgotten as Fred rambled her way into a verbal corner and took a chunk out of Jensen's wee heart. She was nervous. He could tell. But why? And didn't she understand that if it was this guy that was making her nervous then she really shouldn't be around him or trying to defend him? And what the fuck was that all about? Was she really going to do this again?
...but people don't usually take interest in my body. Is that so? Jensen thought he'd made it pretty clear that he was interested in her body. Sometimes frequently in one night. That dig kind of hurt. Didn't she notice anything he did when he came to her? Was he not doing enough? Ouch. These thoughts and more are brought to you today by the letter J for Jealousy and the letter I for mounting Insecurity.
"Obsessed stage moms don't go obsessing over children they just met, Fred." He frowned a little and removed her hand from his chest. Not ungently, but not entirely friendly either. He wasn't dumping her from his lap yet, but it was approaching that direction if she kept on like this. "This guy sounds like a sexual predator, and last I knew I was a member of a league of heroes. He'll be investigated. Trust me on that." He didn't like knowing there was some creeper out there touching random women and telling them they could be ballerinas. That was just...sick!
