"Oh." He was kind of amazed that she didn't have some special term for it. That it wasn't a Normality Challenged Home or somesuch. He shifted his focus to her other statement. "I suppose it would only be a partial thank-you dinner." He admitted. "Mostly it's just an excuse to try and see you again dinner."
Ted knew that he was older than her, and didn't know if she was even interested in that way. But he couldn't deny that she was a very pretty girl, and a nice one, if not holding a somewhat scary occupation.
There was attraction on his end. He fully expected her to thank him politely and decline.
