Hannibal had many questions of his own, most of which he didn't think he was going to ask in front of a room of people. Some of which, he was sure that others would get to, so he wasn't going to worry about them.
It was a strange thing, standing in the audience, seeing the result of the work that he and Baba Yaga had done. He'd known vaguely what she'd wanted to do with the blood that they were extracting from the Asylum employee, but he'd not gotten to see the end of it.
Of course he would show here, where he could see what she had done.
It was beautiful, really. To think that she had pulled the entire City into this frail, human body. That he could do to it what he had done to others. That he could kill the City.
He waited for his turn.
"I have been outside the wall." He started. "I have seen that you are not a whole world, but truly an island in the stars. The constellations here are not what I have seen from my own Earth, so I must venture to ask, where is it that we are exactly?"
