He pulled out the real estate listing for this house. The pack of papers that he'd printed out to bring with him in addition to the list of addresses he'd written down. It was how he'd known the dimensions of the rooms.
Quickly, Ted flipped through. There was only one listed previous tenant, a few years back, about ten. He read the paragraph quickly for a name.
"Amy and Anthony Wincott." He held it out so that she could see, too. "It doesn't say anything about what happened to them. But I wonder if I could look that up on my phone."
