Thomas considered this idea. The press conference. His words once again spread out all over his City, but this time, he would be standing in front of all of them himself. Maybe not truly himself, but he would be using a mouth to tell them all what they wanted to know.
He finally settled on liking the plan.
Nodding, Thomas spoke again. "Yes. Yes I like this."
But he paused, troubled, thinking about the process that had brought him here. Scared, suddenly, a feeling he did not like at all, he sat bolt upright in his seat. "NO! You cannot look for the witch! Bad things would happen. Very bad things. She either has to come to me herself, or some other way has to be found. Don't look for her. Don't even think about her. You know what? Just forget I even mentioned her."
Thomas didn't know if she would hurt him further, or hurt everybody else if they went seeking her out. But he knew that there would be trouble and pain.
