"Either would be fine." Zoe shrugged slightly, not seeming to mind. "Either way they would be held at a front desk for me until I could pick them up." She took another sip of wine and was about to say something more when Alfred walked in with two bamboo steaming containers. Zoe's brow rose slightly in question.
The very good and helpful man set a container before each woman. The Amazon nudged her now empty salad plate out of the way for Alfred to take. She didn't say anything as she pulled the container closer, wondering what the man might have fixed for the pair of them. She opened the container and gave a soft laugh.
"Your recipe, ma-Ms. Zoe." Alfred smiled proudly. Zoe just shook her head and pulled one of the Chinese buns out of the container, smiling.
"I'm sure they'll be much better than mine." She'd gotten rave reviews for her buns, but then that could be from their rarity than anything.
