The 'we' caught Dinah's attention. She was aware, of course, that there was another Dinah where Ollie was from. But it was easy to forget sometimes, just like it was easy to forget that this wasn't the Ollie from back home.
Every once in awhile, she had thought about of course. Murphy had once pointed out that this Oliver seemed to have feelings for her. Dinah didn't want to put him on the spot but she couldn't help but wonder if perhaps he'd had feelings for his world's Dinah and just hadn't gotten the chance to act on them and had simply transferred some of that to her.
If that was the case, she was very sorry that he was stuck here with her and her issues rather than at home with his team and his world's Dinah.
"Though I suppose it's possible that your Dinah can cook," she said with a small smile. "Alternate realities and all that."
Alfred had been kind enough to leave a bottle of wine open on the table with two glasses. Dinah poured herself some and raised an eyebrow to see if Oliver wanted some. She wasn't planning on having more than a glass because any more than that and she ran the risk of saying something she shouldn't or simply turning into a weepy mess.
"If I wasn't staying here, it would have been takeout in the townhouse," she agreed.
There was a little bit of sadness in her eyes at the mention of the home she'd specifically bought to share with Jake. She hadn't been back there since he'd disappeared. She would need to go back eventually, but she just wasn't ready yet.
