Dinah was glad for the easy change of subject, even if it was to something trivial. She gave him a small smile.
"Don't worry, I'm not cooking," she said with a small laugh. Then she gave Oliver an apologetic look. "Though you probably wouldn't know that you just dodged a bullet would that. Unless you might?"
It was hard to remember, sometimes, that he wouldn't know the things about her that her world's Ollie would. That was perhaps one reason why she didn't spend as much time with him as maybe she should have. It was just hard to separate the two in her mind sometimes. Especially when she'd already been through the ringer over the past few weeks.
"Alfred's making his Fettucine Alfredo, which is pretty much to die for." She gave him another small smile. "Thank you for agreeing to come to dinner, by the way."
She appreciated the company, even if she hadn't exactly gone out of her way to seek company lately.
