Dinah didn't really answer whether or not she was okay. She didn't meet his eyes either because she wasn't ready to lie.
She did reach out and give one of his hands a light squeeze before letting it go. She was glad that he was okay, even if she was pissed off that Eric was going around forcing his blood on people. She also wasn't going to mention the side effects, though if Dean started acting strangely at all then she might. She still cringed when she thought about some of the flirting she'd done with both Hank and Ollie while under the influence.
Of course, from what he'd said (and not said) she was operating under the assumption that this was the first attack and that he'd been healed by Eric's blood.
"The League's already working on ways to kill him. Ollie wanted to just shoot him with some flaming arrows, but I vetoed that. If he's immune to sunlight, there's no guarantee those will work. Anything you might have on him would be helpful."
She didn't tell him that it wasn't his fight. But she also wasn't going to back off and let Dean fight Eric alone. Ideally, he would agree to help the League and she'd be able to keep him out of harm's way.
She didn't honestly know how many more losses she could take.
"You? Are you okay?" she asked. "As can be expected, of course."
She was going to have to tell him about Jake sooner or later. She knew that, but it was hard to get the words out. She hadn't actually told anyone. In fact, she'd trusted Jensen to tell everyone else. But she supposed that Jensen wouldn't have even known to talk to Dean.
