Dinah hadn't exactly meant to throw herself at Oliver, but she did notice his... discomfort. She withdrew her hand and then turned her attention to Hank first.
"He didn't attack me the first time he visited me either," she said quietly. "I know that you can handle yourself, but I've been trying for over half my life and I still..."
She bit her lip to try to stem her frustration.
"I just want to make sure we watch out for you."
She turned her gaze back to Oliver then.
"We will get him, I promise. I just want to make sure that I'm not sending you all in half-cocked. When we go after him, I want to make sure that we can beat him."
Ollie's impulses had always been to dive in headfirst when there was trouble, especially when she was in danger. It was still a little surprising to see that that much hadn't changed but it was her job to make sure none of them lost their lives fighting a battle that she hadn't been able to finish for herself.
"I'll talk to Jensen and see what he can find out for us. In the meantime, we all need to keep a low profile."
She nodded to both men.
"I'll let you two get on with it."
After all, Hank had called everyone here for a reason.
