So, he didn't know who or what she was talking about. Fred was somewhat afraid of that, but it meant that she could educate a fellow geek in the ways of geekdom. Or further his education. Her head tilted slightly as Hank went from friendly geek to slightly confused young man. She peeked over at Jake, realizing that the fellow was being a little odd. Then it hit her somewhat. He'd started acting a little moody with Jack, hadn't he?
"Stop it. Be nice. You two could be friends." Her voice was soft, as soft as she could make it, but she didn't know how good the doctor's hearing actually was. "He's on the team, remember?"
She glanced at Jake before turning and hopping up on the table beside him, this time closer than before. Her knee lightly touched Jensen's leg as she tucked her feet a little Indian style as they say.
"Jake is good with computers. Actually he's amazing. You should get him to help you with designing a simulator that way you don't have to suffer any shocks, which if you're testing it on yourself, it's kind of stupid. I mean, sometimes you can't go out and grab someone to test it, but I don't think testing it yourself is wise, when you've got a computer genius right upstairs to help you out. Not that you knew that, but hey, now you do!" She smiled between the two guys.
"I could help, too, but I don't have to. It could be a project for the men of the JLC." She laughed. "Course, you'd have to ask Oliver Queen and Batman to come along. Not sure how active Oliver Queen would be in this sort of thing. He did, does make his own arrows I think. Maybe. Plus, there may be something in the previous Justice League's archives about image inducers. Previous as in elsewhere not here."
"Oh, I don't take drugs outside caffeine." Just to make sure Hank didn't think that she was on something currently; he'd soon learn that this particular brainy female did have a tendency of speaking at length.
