"I've thought much the same myself," Hank admitted, going over the possibilities in his mind and then shaking his head. He'd spent long enough pondering such things without any new information about it. "Whether the City is it's own consciousness, or has some being behind it... there is method to this madness. There must be, even if we cannot understand it."
He brought forward the carefully marked phials of blood, some more depleated than others, all organized and looked after. "Here we are. You're welcome to keep the samples here, though I may be moving to a new laboratory soon. I'd of course bring them with me and let you know where I wind up. But my research with this blood is done so you're welcome to anything left."
