With one guy down, Fred knew that the others would get taken care of quickly. Actually she hoped they would; she really didn't want to hold up Dinah's busy hero schedule anymore than necessary. It'd been some time since she'd helped with a bad guy, and the last time she had, she'd met a certain mayoral candidate. She didn't let that thought distract her for long.
One of the robbers still standing was coming up to Dinah from what behind, and even if Dinah did have some sort of Black Canary sense - she couldn't have Spidey sense, seeing as she was a bird not an arachnid - Fred wasn't going to take the chance. She stepped up quickly and swung with all her might, adding a bit of a yell for distraction. The hit didn't do much, but it was enough to get the man's attention.
"Oh, hi." Fred smiled sheepishly at the man before swinging again, this time wood came in very strong and possibly jawbreaking contact with the guy. The guy went down. "That's usually when people would say something witty, I know, but that's never been my forte - witty banter fighting."
