It took her a moment to connect the word “typo” with “typographical error,” but when she did, Jeannie nodded. She understood that problem. It had been an issue even before the printing press had been invented. And it was not as easy to make corrections to a tablet that had already been chiseled.
But her nod quickly changed and she was suddenly shaking her head. “Oh no. No, you should not talk to those people. They are not safe. Some of them are downright rude!”
Jeannie frowned, her hand movements becoming expansive. “Some of them will spit beer at you and mock you and then you need to make squirrels attack them and turn them into little dogs, but they still will not learn because they are stubborn and rude and too tall to be a real leprechaun!”
Her breath came out in a huff and she just barely refrained from stomping her foot. With conscious effort of will, she smoothed out her features and said, “No, you should not look for those types. They are nothing but trouble. I will help you find some nicer people.”
