Zoe didn't say anything at first. She just watched the people get their late night snacks or meals at the stand. Some part of her wondered when it would move on; another part wondered if she shouldn't be in the suit. A not so small part thought about a certain cowboy god...
She didn't look at the young man caught in a boyish dream. She had seen enough to know someone really did need to wake up. It was strange, the City and what it brought her sometimes. First she saved the man who didn't dream, and now she was dealing with a boy who needed to wake up. At that moment, she missed Book.
"You do not have a choice; your body is growing up on its own. Unless boys have facial hair where you're from." She finally gave him a sideways glance and a bit of a smirk.
