Rufio gave Fred a hard look, but slowly backed away as he was bidden, picking the point of the sword up slowly.
"You walked into territory that wasn't your own, pirate! I should have just killed you, but I let you fight," he argued. He didn't just go around picking fights for no reason. If he had to invent a reason he might, but there was always on before he went in to battle.
The talk of mercy made Rufio scoff. "Mercy is for losers and cowards," he sneered. He could see men in blue moving around, though, trying to maneuver to surround him. He turned and kicked the podium over, then hoped up on it. "You want to be in charge of others? You can't even be in charge of your soldiers." He waved his sword towards all the people in the crowd, including the police. "Even Capitan Hook knew when to send his men against me. Knew how to take back the scene and be loudest and be in charge. You lost to me and to this girl. You're not a real man, just an old, grown up, foggy headed baby!"
