Jack frowned as he pondered this tidbit of advice.
"That sounds... counterintuitive," he said. "Then again, this entire place seems designed to just drive one mad." He did his best to keep the frustration out of his voice, though it still managed to seep through anyway.
"Have you been here long? You know, it's funny, but I haven't seen many people on Kings Court. Even in the apartment building that I live in, I have yet to see a single neighbor. So it's good to meet one," Jack offered a small smile.
