Hannibal slinked in his new lithe cat form closer to the animal he smelled. The scent was familiar to the form he was now occupying, but different. Of course, he saw the little cat quickly. Hannibal blinked in amusement.
To show the little thing that he was no threat, Hannibal began to purr. It was an odd sensation, but he discovered himself to be quite fond of it.
Carefully, he stepped closer. His large paws making no sound on the ground as he moved. His tail flipping lazily back and forth.
He wasn't entirely sure he could speak in this form. He didn't think trying with this cat would be the best idea. He would keep his identity secret for now. Keep the fact that he wasn't really an animal to himself.
