"Alas, I will be of no help in the actual construction." Hannibal smiled slightly. He could do his best in the design stage, craft a sketch of what Henry desired, but the making of the shoes would be best left to other hands.
"I have been to a few. If you get an invitation, go, enjoy yourself, but keep in mind there are often tricks behind them. The City likes to amuse itself at our expense, and it has apparently discovered that it's citizens forget easily what happened at previous occasions. Don't let yourself be taken in by anything that might be an obvious trap, and you should be alright."
Hannibal studied Hank's body, refining the image of the muscle structure in his head.
"You are in more than reasonable health for somebody that doesn't get regular exercise, Henry. Your youth cannot account for all of it. I would venture a guess that whatever genetics have given you your amazing feet have also aided in other ways. You say your legs are stronger, are you in general stronger? Have you compared yourself to somebody your age with your activity level who does not possess anything extra?"
