He doesn't like that name, you know, whispered the voice of her Gaius-looking counterpart, who was off on the other side of the universe with the real Caprica Six, planting the seeds of the future.
She paused to look at a rose. She even ran a finger along a petal.
"I am here to ensure that Gaius fulfills the destiny that God has lied out for him. Once that has been accomplished, my presence will no longer be necessary."
Would it be impudent of her to say that she would be sad on the day of her departure? Perhaps. But she had grown so very close to that peculiar Aerilon man. She almost had feelings for him.
"I might have been alive once. But that was impossibly long ago. I don't remember."
She paused, then she gave John a smile.
"But it is nice to speak to someone other than Gaius or my partner. I have not done that in a long time."
