Fred didn't jump when she heard a voice. She looked up, not expecting to see someone dressed so nicely, not in the City anyway. In LA, maybe. He reminded her of a Wolfram & Hart lawyer, what few she'd met had seemed a little on the sleek yet dangerous side. Not that she knew the stranger was dangerous, but that's how her brain worked. Her brain also didn't tell her to avoid leaving behind her finger prints - who would want to frame her?
"It's an amulet. Supposed to find God, with a capital G. Owned by D. Winches...ter." Fred's eyes widened. She knew the amulet looked familiar, but she didn't realize until she actually paid attention to the placard why. "It's Dean's! Wait, it's Dean's. Why would it be here?" She looked at the stranger. "Oh, you probably wouldn't know that, but still. It's strange to see, that's for certain."
