Zoe looked at him as if she were waiting for him to make a joke, or worse for him to shout "Get'er, boys!" It wasn't like Serenity's crew was a friend to the Alliance, who could probably pull of something like this. Then again, why they'd go for her rather than Mal...Her lips pursed as her mind continued to work through possible strategies and exits. As she thought, she lugged Wash to the infirmary.
