"However long ago that was." Zoe was still having problems figuring out the time she'd been there. She couldn't remember ever going in, and that bothered her. She supposed it bothered most people, so she didn't complain. Her eyes dropped to the glass on the table, and as he had one, she guessed this was hers. She took a sip, smiling at the hint of sting.
"Thank you." She raised the glass in a small salute before taking another sip. "So, you don't mind kissing and telling." Her hand went up to say she didn't care really about that. It wasn't like he'd have much to tell from tonight, probably, and she doubted helping out the Batman was really on the kiss and tell side of things.
She didn't feel like a warrior woman at the moment; sure, if someone were to come through the door and start a fight, she'd easily deal with whatever happened. She knew she could and would. But, she didn't feel like fighting right now. Her two hands cupped her glass on her lap; the color of the alcohol was interesting, or the way she looked into her glass it seemed so.
"You must be very popular with women, and possibly men." Not that she thought he was popular for the exact same reasons, or that the popularity led to the same endings. Zoe looked over at him, the hint of a smile on her lips. "Just another night of conquests for the big damn hero?"
