Zoe wasn't sure what to expect as a reaction. She didn't want to have to do this out in the open, no matter how much cover the open gave, but it was still..open. She never knew who was watching. Breaking the latch was painful on the inside; it tightened the hold on her jaw, but she didn't fight him. No, she tried to help as much as she could. The reaction was...It would have been funny if it had happened to someone else, but it didn't happen to someone else.
She didn't answer right off; instead, she lifted her hand slowly to her jaw. There was a soft pop, but not one that suggested her jaw had been broken. She let her hands fall, one on the ground by her side, the other on her chest. She stared up at the ledge she'd missed rather than look at him.
"Ye.." The hand on her chest moved to yank a little at the suit, near her neck. Chinese curses fell, but there wasn't as much power to them as she knew she could put to them. It was hard to breathe. "Have..to..shit." She stopped and thought, forcing herself to calm down. She'd done enough in taking the helmet off in public, and her secret was revealed. The suit was broken, and it was starting to hurt. Then again, falling several stories could be a little painful too.
"Have to get somewhere else." She wanted out of the suit, but getting out of the suit would have to wait until she was somewhere safe. She wondered for a moment if Jesse was now in some sort of trouble, but she suspected he could handle himself. He'd handled himself rather well before, so why not now? Alfred wouldn't have called him, or accepted him as an emergency number otherwise.
