It was pay day, again. About damn time, too. There had been so much crazy thrown at him over the last two weeks that Logan needed a few shots to wash it all away.
A slight sense of unease set over him as he remembered his last nighttime drinking excursion, or rather, remembered waking up with inexplicable wounds after that. But Logan brushed that feeling aside and set out for the nearest bar to campus. He did, however, put aside money for a cab. Just in case something stupid happened and he found himself lost again. Though how he could get lost when the bar was in view of campus was beyond him. Then again, the last bar had only been one block away and he still remembered having a hard time finding his dorm.
Logan took the seat at the bar next to a guy who must have been a few years older than he was, but not by much.
"I'll have what he's having," he said to the bartender, and then flashed a grin to the other patron. "Nice choice, man."
