While they had surely claimed seats, one of the nice waitresses, who probably work more than one shift and recognized the pancake eater right off, asked if they would be so kind as to join another diner. Fred hadn't minded, and while she wasn't known for being selfish, far from, she really didn't want to have to give up the chance to continue the whole geek speak. But, hey, he was the Doctor, and even if she had been willing to stay with him forever, which she really wasn't keen on, he'd have dumped her the minute he thought she wanted it - he was definitely a man on that one.
"Sure?" She glanced at the Doctor before getting up and following the waitress who sat them with a certain young woman - sure, Fred and George could share in the whole not so social apt scene, but how far was that likely to go?
"This is European isn't it? Bein' asked to sit with people you donno? Course, I always wanted to take the train to Jackson; Mama said they'd make you sit with other people in the dining car if it was busy. I guess this sorta like that." Fred was talking to anyone who'd listen. The slightly gangly scientist came to a stop in front of the grumpy looking blonde and her post-it note. The waitress motioned for her to sit, and she looked from grumpy blonde to smarmy ginger. Now to sit or not? "Hi."
