The display of power from Baba was amazing to see. If he hadn't known about her, he might have thought that the storm was it's own device. Just a weird coincidence. Or perhaps the City itself breaking into the violence to stop it.
He really liked the way she thought. The idea of stalking the pair, as a pair, had a certain delight to it. How long would it take the two to realize that the couple behind them was not as innocent as they seemed to be? How long before they sensed the nefarious purposes?
Hannibal nodded. "I agree. Following them sounds like an ideal plan."
Not to mention that he would be able to witness their fear rise. Watch them in the first stages of panic. The suffering would cause in them the physical reactions he did so enjoy getting out of people. Perhaps the two of them could cause a little bit of mental torment as well, just for kicks. They could have their cake and eat it, too. As the saying went.
He watched as they packed their belongings quicker and then started along to the edges of the park. The woman jogged along with the blanket they'd been sitting on held over her head. The man followed behind at a slower pace. It seemed to Hannibal that he thought his girlfriend's reaction to the wet were as rediculous as Hannibal himself thought them.
"I feel that you should know, Baba, that this is not my first time engaging in actions such as this. I don't want you to feel as if you must coach me and drag me along. I am well versed in the artform, as it were."
