Simon shifted in his seat and pulled out the phone; it was set on vibrate. He listened to the message, and there it was.
"Well, looks to be me." Yeah, it was definitely him. He was an unwanted bit of a doctor, which was feeling a little depressed about his current situation. He put his own phone away and rested back again in the chair. He just watched Ted peruse the ads. "I called two...almost called three. One is a girl...I might be seeing. One is a girl I knew before the City. The third I think is my sister."
It took a beat for what he had said to sink in. "Not that I would call her for anything other than to find out why she put an ad in the paper, but maybe she didn't. I didn't put mine in there. You don't seem to be the one who put yours in there. So, maybe she didn't put hers in there either." Simon shrugged.
"Don't call the one..." Simon leaned a little to look at the paper. "Insanely intelligent...that one. Think that's her. My sister." Simon shrugged again. "Are you going to call her back? The one who said you owed her dinner?"
