The moment Buffy saw the flyers... she wasn't sure how to react. Angry. The Slayer was angry. Her last boyfriend Riley had cheated on her with a vampire. He'd let the vampire feed on him. There was that vampire wannabe coven in high school? The one her best friend from LA had started in order to get a bunch of confused kids in exchange for being made a vampire.
The best case scenario? There were a bunch of idiots putting themselves in danger. The worst case? Someone was ringing a big ole dinner bell and people would be killed.
Thinking positively? She hadn't seen anyone she recognized. At least she wouldn't be facing that level of disgust or disappointment. Buffy wore a large silver cross necklace, a present from Angel when they first met, with a wood stake concealed in her sleeve. She'd decided against bringing in a big sword. Not until she knew what she was getting into.
To the girl at the door she glared, "Who's in charge of this place?"
She smiled vacantly and pointed at the man on the throne. The Slayer sighed.
