"A sea breeze sounds good to me," Dinah said and took a sip. She smiled at the Host.
"I'm Dinah, and I haven't been here long either."
She eyed the bar.
"This seems like a nice place. Lots of potential. You said that being 'the Host' is a thing? What does being the host entail?"
She silently wondered about what sort of clientele would make their way to this bar too. A sanctuary, he had said. She wondered what it was a sanctuary from. Either way, the bar itself-as well as the Host-seemed to have a warm, welcoming feeling about it.
Dinah glanced over at Harry, who had now settled into the seat beside her. She was relieved that he seemed more comfortable now that the Host had mentioned this was a sanctuary. She was also a bit thrown off by... yes, it was chivalry, she supposed. Misguided, perhaps, but sweet all the same. It had been awhile since someone had tried to protect her-after all, her teammates in the League and with the Birds of Prey knew what she was capable of.
She made a mental note to point that out to him when they were alone again. There was no use in Harry expending so much energy to keep her 'safe' when it was unnecessary, after all.
