"Accountant?! I would rather be a hero than an accountant. Don't saddle me with all those....number and....tax codes and....argh. Blarhgbdmgm."
The wizard rubbed his eyes and shook his head, as if to clear it from some pain or disturbance.
"Of course I am a true wizard! Does it not say so on my hat?"
He surreptitiously reached up to make sure he was actually wearing said hat. He usually didn't put it on when he went to work in the hospital, but today was his day off. He had a hankering to wear his old clothes instead of the new ones the Luggage kept throwing at him. Rincewind did not feel right taking fashion cues from a sapient wooden box.
Bowing at the new arrival, he spotted another leprechaun sneaking up on her. "I'll take care of this one!"
Shouting, Rincewind kicked the little green man harder than he had ever kicked a football in his life (which was not difficult, since he was usually running away from the ball rather than towards it).
"See? I can occasionally be helpful!" Rincewind smiled, then frowned as he reconsidered what he had chosen to say.
