Ianto didn't miss Gwen's admittance that she was still taking medication. Keeping his eyes down while he sorted out the coffee, he wished he could do more to soothe her, knowing as he did that there was little solace by telling her everything was fine. If she didn't believe it by now when he said it, then she wouldn't believe it the next hundred times, and Ianto wasn't inclined to repeat himself.
The best he could do was stay there and make sure she wasn't alone, and when he was finished with their drinks, he set her mug down in front of her before lowering into the adjacent chair. He dipped his eyes again to the mug warmly cradled between his hands, watching the steam rise off the surface as light played across the dark liquid.
"Maybe you should try taking something else," he suggested. "Prevention's better than cure, and all that."
