Jo looked perplexed. Could he help her? He certainly didn't look as out of it as the others had, and he did look sort of concerned. Jo wasn't too sure what to think at the moment, beyond what she had to lose. She doubted that the worst case scenario she had was that she would have to start over. All over, as in beyond childbirth, possibly. That thought was slightly disturbing. Blinking, she tried to focus on what had been told. He could help? Well, why not? He didn't look like a murderer........
"I don' know," she said hesitantly. "Someone, and I don' know quite who, said that once you open a door, you can' exactly close it that easy. Or somethin' like that. I can' remember. Which is why I wanna know too. I still don' know, but I figure, if anythin' else, I can try to forget again." She shrugged. "Why not?"
Jo shook her head. Something about her didn't like hospitals. People tended to ask too many questions, and Jo didn't like that at all. She didn't like questions unless they were important. Super important. And half the time they weren't.
"Nice to meet ya," she said politely. "The name they gave me back there was Jane. Jane Doe. I don' like it too much, but until I find mine, I guess it's okay." She scrunched up her face a bit before she relaxed and shrugged again. "Apparently I got a lot of names, judging by all the things they found when they found me."
