Charlie's hands tightened in their hold; he could feel things starting to crunch and grind. His eyes cold as he looked from the wolf to the girl. This was the man that had come out of the prison, and perhaps he was even the one that had gone in. Perhaps this was the one that people could convince themselves was a killer.
"You might want to reconsider your friendship." He hadn't moved yet. "Step back." His head tilted slightly; he wasn't moving until the wolf girl had done as he "requested."
"You will let go, now. You won't fall." He spoke evenly; there wasn't any anger, but then there was nothing else there either. His fingers tightened a little more. She couldn't really fall if she was between him and a wall.
