"I am not limited." It nearly spat the words out, but managed to contain itself at the last moment. A mere sneer accompanied them instead. Better than nothing, it supposed. "This is the form I have chosen for myself. This is the form that you asked for."
The City paced within the circle. Unable to leave the confines of the markings, and finding itself very irritated at that fact. It was irritated with all of it. Another human emotion captured by this body that it had yet to get used to. It hadn't yet spent enough time in a body to know what the body would go through. It's own failing, it supposed.
"Honestly, yes. I am surprised. Angry. I feel angry." The confession came quickly, tinged with the emotion. The City wished to do something to her to get revenge. But it couldn't here. Not like this. It was incapable. She had more power than it had thought, and that was another failing on it's part. It hadn't researched her enough, apparently.
It was stuck in this form, at least for a little while. Her magic couldn't hold it here indefinitely. Sooner or later, it would be able to let go of this body. Make another. But for now, it could do nothing.
Infuriating.
"I have no reason not to be nice, do I." It glared at her the best it could with the Smith Wall eyes.
