Baba looked up at the male before her, but she felt the connection. It was like the Cupid before; this was just another avatar of the City's ill conceived notions. She sat there, visually inspecting the body. The face, the clothes, the demeanor, nothing about the male was overly impressive, and that was impressive. It meant the City just used the body without, using the body. It had no need to be more than what it was; the male was a mouthpiece. Her lips thinned though; was the City incapable of presenting something else? A rather depressing thought.
"Why did I call you like this? You being the City? Mmm, I've dealt with many beings in my long life, and I have found I rather like talking to beings with faces, bodies, the like. You do know you could have come in any form that has that? Faces, bodies, the like. Animals, mythological creatures, unless you're limited to a few choices." She was teasing it, just a little. Not the safest route to go, but it was mad, which made her happy.
"I wanted answers, and I wasn't going to wait on you to simply show up. So, I called you. I'm somewhat surprised that I could call you. If I were to guess, you're a little surprised too. It must be very difficult to imagine someone could control you when you have been set up to control everyone here." Baba stood slowly, brushing herself off. She looked like she was readying to have a nice little chat with a friend or business associate, not possibly face off with the very place she existed.
"If you are nice, you will be released without harm. If you are not...well, the Cupid was fun." She smiled sweetly, but her eyes were dark and hard. She wasn't silly enough to think she could hurt the whole City, not yet, but she could certainly do it more damage through its current avatar.
