Oh, it'd been easy to capture the damned thing, damned in so many ways. It'd been easier still to keep it pent up until they could get to a nice secluded place; the stupid creature didn't know what to do once its malformed wings had been pinned to its pudgy little back. The bow and still full quiver wrapped around its body, sticking out at odd angles, or they had until the pair had gotten the thing to the building. The area wasn't plush, but she'd worked in less accommodating areas.
Baba had let Dexter tie it down, but she'd rather have pinned it to a wall or a display table like some sick little bird. She was already pulling some of the power the creature had in it; the City had either gotten bored with the love experiment, or the City realized the Eros was no longer necessary - it wouldn't be around for very long. Or perhaps it was, but it wouldn't be of use now.
The sorceress walked slowly to the table, her fingers extending to trace the table's edge. She watched the thing squirm and writhe; she doubted the thing even understood much of what was happening, other than perhaps it should fear for its very life. Pain and fear, almost every being in existence understood these. Yet, they hadn't even begun to put it through pain, only fear.
"It's disgusting." Baba pulled one of the arrows from the quiver, ignoring the way another arrow just seemed to take its place. She slid the oddly decorated thing over a shoulder - easy access - before she claimed a wing and drove the arrow into wing and table, a feat more appropriate for someone much larger than she, or perhaps even Dexter. "Stay still..." She leaned in closer, her hand going back to claim another arrow. "There shall be more."
The winged creature cried out, and it was almost enough to make the woman put another arrow through it. She twirled the arrow before offering it to the one with so much potential darkness.
