"I remained in the park through most of the snowfall and winter wind." His lacking trust in the rising cityscape around them had kept the stubborn outlaw in the surroundings he knew best -- the forest. "Thankfully before the last large storm, I too was offered a new place to stay." A simple explanation of an overly complicated reunion, but he was not seeking to burden nor bore his friend.
He was, however, seeking to try the strange "food" she offered out. Pinching a section of the pink, sugary poof, he was already skeptical by the way the candy stuck to his fingertips. Brow wrinkling as he glanced over his taken portion, he placed it within his mouth. Now he understood what she meant by melting, no sooner had it touched his tongue, it dissolved. Robin's fingers rubbed together diligently to attempt to get the pink residue off of it. His nose wrinkled and lips turned in a displeased and somewhat confused frown. "That is.. ghastly. It's simply pink sugar." Robin ran his hand over his chin, to be sure there was no trace of the pink stuff caught in his scruffy beard.
