While Robin had not seen the wolf at first, he assumed that Blind Seer couldn't be far off. So at the bark, Robin turned his head to spy the animal bounding across the grassy area. His hand lifted in a hailing wave towards the beast -- though as he turned his attention back towards Firekeeper, his hand came to rest reassuringly upon her shoulder after that apparently uncomfortable apology.
"There is no need to apologize. Whatever breed of madness that illness caused is to blame, as your actions were not your own." His hand contracted in a light squeeze before falling away from her shoulder. "I am just glad that you are well, and somewhat humbled," Humbled? Robin? "...that I underestimated your companion originally. He is as skilled and as trustworthy as any of my men back home." His eyes shifted briefly back towards the wolf as he loped after squirrels. How the smaller creatures did not simply die of fright with the large wolf after them, he did not know.
When his attention returned to the woman, he was grinning again; in part to the shift to lighter topics of conversation as well as her now familiar, unique take on their shared language. "I am well, very well actually." A blast of warmed air washed over them as the firebreather exhaled another roaring flame to the delight of those around. Robin chuckled lightly. "While far from being home, this City is starting to grow on me." Due in no small part to Marian's arrival. "Though I must say, this festival seems to have sprung up out of nowhere -- much like this turn in the weather."
